At the outset, Mr. Elvis Lloyd Netto, General Secretary of the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 states that the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 shall revoke the suspension order and shall allow Petitioner to resume duties from 15.6.2016. He, however, submits that the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 be granted liberty to take appropriate disciplinary action against the Petitioner in accordance with law. The learned counsel for the Petitioner has no objection to the aforesaid proposal made on behalf of the Respondent Nos.5 and 6. Accordingly, we accept the stand taken by the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 and we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent Nos.5 and 6 to allow the Petitioner to join his services from 15.6.2016, however, with liberty to the Respondent Nos.5 and Shivgan 1/2
18-WP-1996-2014.doc 6 to proceed against the Petitioner for initiation of disciplinary proceedings against him in accordance with law. The relief about suspension allowance is left open.
