The Petition required an amendment to Item 7 to 19 of the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Schedule to the Letters of Administration.

In these items what remained to be added was the endorsement that the remaining 50% of the property belonged to one Indumati Vrajlal Babaria (grandmother of the deceased) or Mitesh Kirit Babaria (as the case may be). In Item 20, which belongs entirely to the deceased, the typed portion "rest 50% belongs to the Petitioner" had to be deleted. This is the purport of the schedule 12th March 2021
22-IA-210-2021 IN TP-3149-2019.DOC annexed to the Interim Application which was disposed of by an order dated 18th January 2021.

This is the reason why in the revised schedule that is being prepared, only the necessary changes are being indicated in red ink. In the Interim Application, the schedule did not indicate only the changes but set out the schedule in full without clearly showing what was the change that were required to be made. This has now been resolved.
