This is an application for substitution of the applicant in place of original petitioner. It is submitted that the applicant is the assignee of the original petitioner and by deed of assignment dated 28.2.2016 the debts of the original petitioner have been assigned to the applicant. In view of the above and the facts mentioned in the affidavit in support of the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 2.

The applicant to carry out the amendment within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the application be served upon all the concerned within a period of 3-weeks from today.
