On 24th June, 2015 this Court passed the following order : "The learned Advocate appearing for the Plaintiffs seeks discharge on the ground that the Plaintiffs are not coming forward to give any instruction to them in the matter. They have also produced their letter dated 20th June, 2015 addressed to their client - Plaintiffs calling upon them to give necessary instructions. Despite receipt of the said letter, the Plaintiffs have not come forward to give instructions in the

Nitin 2 / 2 908-S-1694-2004 matter. In view thereof, the Advocate for the Plaintiffs are discharged from appearing for the Plaintiffs in the above Suit. A copy of this order shall be served on the Plaintiffs by the Advocates, who have just been discharged by hand delivery. Place the Suit for dismissal on 30th June, 2015". 2.

Pursuant thereto, the earlier Advocates of the Plaintiff - Thakore Jariwala & Associates have forwarded a copy of the order dated 24th June, 2015 to the Plaintiff. However, none appear for the Plaintiff. In view thereof, the Suit as well as Notice of Motion are dismissed for want of prosecution.
