Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties, in the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to admit this appeal. At the same time, we make it clear that appeal is dismissed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the appellant in appeal against the orders of the learned Company Judge passed in other winding up petitions against Bharati Shipyard Limited.
