1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner has filed draft of the Judge's order along with affidavit dated 27.06.2023, copy of the grant issued on 06.05.2022, letter issued by the MHADA dated 13.06.2022 along with its translation, Corrigendum dated 03.05.2023 along with its translation, draft of the gift deed, copy of the registered release deed executed on 16.12.2021, Masood, Tanveer and Nilofer.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that consent of Tanveer and Nilofer are not required as they have executed the release deed. Upon perusal of the Release deed, it appears that it is executed on 16.12.2021, whereas grant issued on 06.05.2022.

There are some minor corrections in a draft of the Judge's order which are required to be carried out. Furthermore, necessity of consent will be determined at the next date of hearing.
