Petitioner raised a grievance that respondent no.3 has not disposed the application of petitioner filed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. The application was filed on 3rd September 2020. The Roznama of the Magistrate's Court is annexed to the petition from which it appears that on 22 dates the matter has been adjourned for arguments. Mr. Samuel states that after the petition was filed, three more times the matter has been adjourned for arguments and the next date is 15th September 2022.

Respondent no.3 is directed to hear and dispose the Securitisation Case No.100311 of 2020 on the next date, i.e., 15th September 2022 and the order shall be made available within two weeks thereafter.

Petition disposed.
