By this Motion, applicant has prayed for recalling the order dated 02.05.2016 passed in Petition No.408 of 2014. By order dated 02.05.2016, time to remove office objections upto 24.06.2016 was granted, failing which Petition was to stand dismissed.

Mr. Sharma states that he has removed all the office objections.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in affidavit in support of the Motion, Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Petition No.408 of 2014 is restored to its original position. Order accordingly.
