Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and the learned AGP for the Respondents. In view of the averments made in the affidavit in support, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay of 34 days. Accordingly, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). 2.
