2] The Petitioner in person has invited our attention to the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 11/5/2006 passed in Civil Appeal No.6715 of 2004 (Salim Akbarali Nanji vs. Union of India & Ors.). He fairly submits that in view of aforesaid adjudication, 1/2

3] The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Rule stands discharged. No costs.
