1] By self-operative Order dated 28.6.2016, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of RS.10,000/- towards publication charges with the Prothonotary And Senior Master of this Court under the intimation to the Company Registrar, failing which the Company Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that his client has failed to comply with the aforesaid directions issued by the Order dated 28.6.2016.
