Mr. Akhil Sonethy, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners in support of this arbitration petition, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this petition. However, he seeks liberty to file a fresh petition invoking section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (the Act) along with section 14 and 15 of the Act. This in view of the decision of the Apex Court in Shailesh Dhairywan Vs. Mohan Lulla reported in 2016 (3) SCC 619.
