The only prayer as prayed for by the petitioner in this petition is that respondent no. 2 be directed to decide in a time bound manner the NonExecution Application in Complaint No. CC006000000171944. 2.

This is the only relief. We, therefore, dispose of this petition by directing that respondent no. 2 shall decide the pending application in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of six weeks from today.
