Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners. Though today the matter is kept on production board, as per the request made by the learned Counsel for the Municipal Corporation on 20th June 2018, the learned Counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation has not received any instructions. Considering the limited prayer made, we dispose of this Petition by passing the following order :

O R D E R

(a) If the representation dated 27th April 2018 (Exhibit L) to the Petition addressed to the Municipal Commissioner is already disposed of, a copy of the order passed on the said representation shall be immediately provided to the Petitioners. If the said representation is not yet disposed of, the same shall be disposed of within a period of

(b) The order passed on the representation be communicated to the Petitioners;

(c) We have made no adjudication on the merits of the representation;

(d) The Petition is disposed of on above terms.
