After the Petition was heard for some time Mr.Shah, on instructions, stated that Respondent No.4 will pay the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- to SEBI within two weeks from today. The pay order shall be in the name of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or in any other name that Petitioner's advocate may communicate to advocate for Respondent No.3/4 during the course of this week. Mr.Toor states all details have been provided to Respondent No.4, but if any details can be provided, it may be provided in accordance with law. Mr.Toor states that any representation will be considered in accordance with law. We hasten to add that we are not expressed any opinion on this issue.
