The learned Advocate for the Official Liquidator states that the Official Liquidator is willing to transfer the subject land in favour of the Applicant. He further undertakes on instructions, from the Official Liquidator to pay all the MIDC charges as determined by this Court. The statement is accepted.

The Official Liquidator shall execute the documents transferring ssp 1/2

In the event of the Official Liquidator being desirous of seeking any reliefs pertaining to the demand of MIDC charges, the same shall be taken out within two weeks from today. 3.
