ORDER:

By the impugned order dated 21 January 2015, the Petitioners had been black-listed for a period of three years i.e. till the end of January 2018. The period of black-listing of the Petitioners has now expired. In the circumstances, we are not now inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition is disposed of as infructuous. In the event, there is a fresh tender and the Petitioners are aggrieved by any of the conditions of tender covering the subject matter of the present Petition, it will be open for them to challenge the the same in accordance with law.
