Ms. Chaudhari, the learned counsel appearing in support of the applicant has filed an affidavit of service dated 11th August, 2016. However, none appears for the Revenue.

Notice of Motion seeks a recall of the order dated 23rd June, 2016 dismissing this petition for non-prosecution. 3.

We have perused the affidavit in support of the notice of motion

Therefore, we recall our order dated 23rd June, 2016 and needless to state that on recall of the order dated 23rd June, 2016, the order dated 28th March, 2005 passed on admission and granting interim relief stands revived.
