In view of these statements, the Plaintiff does not press its claim in damages.

The Suit is disposed of in these terms and is decreed accordingly. The drawn up decree is dispensed with. Refund of Court fee, if any, in accordance with the Rules.

All pending interim applications are infructuous and are disposed of accordingly.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
