On the application of the learned Advocate for the Plaintiff, the Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Refund of Court Fees, if any, in accordance with the Rules.

There was an ad-interim John Doe order dated 4th July 2016 in connection with film 'Sultan'. That order is vacated with immediate effect. All blocks of all URLs or websites in relation to this film are to be removed.

The Plaintiffs, their Advocates, or their consultants will inform all the Defendants, including all Internet Service Providers, the Broadband Operators and the government agency concerned 6th October 2016

906-NMSL-1933-2016.DOC that the ad-interim orders stands vacated, and will request them to remove all blocks or denials of access to all URLs or websites covered by that order. They will do so within one week of this order being uploaded.
