Since all the installments payable till date have been received by the Petitioner, the above Writ Petition stands disposed of. Show Cause Notice No.1 of 2022 also stands discharged. The Collector/Tahasildar shall hereafter not make any payment to the Petitioner from the sale proceeds if any and the same shall be handed over to Respondent Nos.6 to 8. The document executed by and between the developer and the flat purchaser pertaining to Flat No.103, B Wing, Gaurav Discovery building shall stand cancelled.
