Accepted. All heirs have consented. Hence proclamation is dispensed with and the Petition is made returnable forthwith. The Petition is taken up for hearing and final disposal. 2.

The Petitioner seeks a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Raghunath Krishnaji Salunke, who is said to have died intestate in Lanja, Dist. Ratnagiri on 1st April 2007. A copy of his death certificate is annexed. During his lifetime, the deceased was ordinarily resident in Mumbai.

The deceased was survived by eight heirs. Their names are mentioned in the tabulation below paragraph 4 of the petition. 30th September 2016

The Heirship Certificate is required since the deceased owned a shop at G.K. Road, Parel, Bhoiwada, Mumbai 400 012 and he had a certain license for the goods being sold in the shop. The Petitioner seeks to have the license transferred. 5.

All the heirs have consented. No other Petition for a heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration with or without will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) in favour of the persons mentioned in the table below paragraph 4, namely, Smt. Manorama Raghunath Salunke, Anil Raghunath Salunke, Shailesh R. Salunke, Mrs. Nilambari Ravi Bane, Manish R. Salunke, Smt. Nilangi N. Salunke, Shreyash Nilesh Salunke and Mrs. Priyanka Sachin Panchal.
