This Judge's Order has been taken out by the applicant Shraddha Manohar Borkar to direct the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay to hand over the Fixed Deposit Receipts created with Dena Bank, Share Bazar Branch of the value of Rs. 2,41,759/- maturing on 19th April, 2021 and the Fixed Deposit Receipt with State Bank of Mysore (now State Bank of India), Dalal Street Branch of the face value of Rs. 49,248/- maturing on 22nd March, 2022, along with accrued interest thereon, if any. These Fixed Deposit Receipts were originally ordered to be created in the above Guardianship Petition by an order of this Court dated 15th April, 1/2 901-jo-133-19.doc

2005. The applicant was minor at that time. These Fixed Deposit Receipts were created out of the outstanding dues such as arrears of salary, provident fund, gratuity, pension etc., in the name of the applicant's father, namely, Manohar Kashinath Borkar and who was working as a Sepoy in the Indian Customs. The applicant has now turned major and wants to withdraw the said amount for her future prospect. The applicant's Birth Certificate, Election Card, Aadhaar Card and Pan Card are also annexed at Exh."C" (collectively). 2.

Considering these facts, the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay shall hand over two fixed deposit receipts, as mentioned in the Judge's Order, to the applicant.

The Judge's Order is also separately signed and is disposed of accordingly.
