In spite of three attempts of sale by auction, no response has been received by the Official Liquidator for sale of the vehicle, which is the subject matter of this report. The Official Liquidator now seeks to sell the vehicle through Private Treaty. Secured Creditor is not willing to either purchase the vehicle or arrange for a sale. The report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (f). The Official Liquidator is directed to include the name of Gavde Finance Pvt.
