By this chamber summons, the applicants seek impleadment of the Official Liquidator as defendant no.1 as per Schedule appended to the chamber summons in view of the fact that the defendant no.1 is wound up by an order dated 27th July, 2012 and the Official Liquidator of this Court has been appointed. For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the chamber summons, chamber summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Amendment
