By this petition, the applicant seeks appointment of a new arbitrator in place of Shri. S.R.Shah, the erstwhile arbitrator who expired recently. 3.

By consent of parties, Mr.Sanskar Marathe, advocate having his address as c/o. Vilas Joshi & Co. advocate, 57, 4th Floor, Ali Chambers, Tamarind Lane, Fort, Mumbai 400 023, Mobile 9820 320 776 is appointed as a sole arbitrator in place of late Shri.S.R.Shah. Arbitration Petition (L) No. 783 of 2016 is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
