Learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, states that the professional fees and other expenses being incurred by the official liquidator in defending the Suit No.221 of 2011 would be borne by the applicant.

Company application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The official liquidator is permitted to engage the services of the advocates and counsel, if he desires to defend on behalf of the official liquidator in the said suit. The official liquidator shall communicate the fees of the learned advocates and counsel and other expenses as may be incurred by the official liquidator to the applicant's advocate. Upon receipt of such communication, the applicant

Company application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
