This Notice of Motion seeks expeditious hearing of not just the petition in which the same is taken out but also of another petition i.e. Writ Petition No.2148 of 2009. The prayer in respect of the other petition must be outright rejected as not maintainable. The only reason stated in the affidavit-in-support of the Notice of Motion is the financial difficulty of the petitioner. That is not sufficient for getting precedence over several older matters pending for final hearing. It is also to be noted that the Motion has been taken out immediately after admission of the petition.

The Notice of Motion is dismissed.
