The Suit is settled. Consent Terms are tendered. These are signed by one Mr. Ankur Dhiraj Savla, a Director and Authorized Signatory of the Plaintiff and Mr. Manmohan Singh, the 2nd Defendant for himself and as a Proprietor of the 1st Defendant. The Advocates for the parties' have also signed these Consent Terms. Both Mr. Savla and Mr. Singh are present in Court. 2.

I have seen the Consent Terms. They are in order. I am satisfied that the Consent Terms are not contrary to law, have been drawn by the parties of their own volition and reflect the parties' 1st August 2016

7-SL692-15.DOC true intention. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. Drawn up decree/order dispensed with.

Refund of court fee, if any, in accordance with the Rules. NO order as to costs.

In view of this, the pending Notice of Motion does not survive and is disposed of as infructuous.
