The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a Civil Suit. He seeks continuation of ad-interim relief granted on 3rd July, 2018. 2.

The request made is reasonable. Hence, we dispose of the petition as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

All contentions of the parties on merits are kept open. Ad-interim relief granted on 3rd July, 2018 will continue to operate for a period of four weeks from today.

The learned Trial Judge will not be influenced by the fact that adinterim relief was granted on 3rd July, 2018, which was extended under this order.
