Mr. Velar points out that the citation was attempted to be served on the daughter. It was however acknowledged by the mother and she chose to file a Caveat. The mother's Caveat has since been discharged. The difficulty is that there is no proof of service on the daughter. While Mr. Velar has my sympathies, there is not much that can be done. He will have to serve the citation again on the daughter. This time, Mr. Velar will ensure that service is duly acknowledged by the daughter or her duly authorised representative in accordance with the Rules.
