Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicants, who are the Petitioners in the Writ Petition and the learned counsel appearing for the first to fourth Respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants states that nearly 50% of the amount out

ash nml-355.15 of the amount required to be deposited as per the order dated 7th May 2015 has been deposited. He seeks extension of time.

Considering the facts of the case, we dispose of this Notice of Motion by extending the period fixed under the order dated 7th May 2015 to deposit the requisite amount by a period of six weeks from today. No further extension will be granted. 5.

All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
