Heard Mr.Narula for petitioner and also considered the petition. None present for respondent though served. Mr.Narula relies upon affidavit of one Tambe affirmed on 9.1.2019 to prove service. Mr.Narula also states that respondent's Advocate Mr.Sudhir Vinayak Adavarte informed Mr.Narula's clerk Sadashiv Kotian that he will remain present in the court today. Despite which, he is not present. There is no affidavit opposing the petition on record. Mr.Narula states he has not received any such affidavit opposing the petition.
