The Chamber Order was most energetically opposed when it was before the Prothonotary and Senior Master. Now that it is before me, the opposition seems to have dimmed more than somewhat. 2.

The Chamber Order is made absolute.

The Notice of Motion is restored to file.

4.

The objections are to be removed on or before 29th November 2018. If not done by that date, the Notice of Motion will 30th October 2018
