Learned counsel for the applicant states that the loan agreement was executed in New Delhi as this is seen from Exhibit A to the plaint. She seeks to amend paragraph 37 to incorporate this fact. Accordingly, I pass following order :

(i) Leave to amend is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

(ii) Reverification dispensed with.
