In the petition, Hon'ble Court has granted the petition vide an order dated 26.07.2023.

However, it is listed on the board. Hence, I perused it. Upon inquiry with department, it is learned that it is listed for compliance. In this petition, the department has already prepared the Draft of the Grant on 19.08.2023.

As per the order, referred herein-above, the Hon'ble Court directed to issue the Grant within stipulated period, subject to compliance as per the law. Hence, I have gone through the petition, office to comply the said order, dated 26.07.2023 and in this regard, if citation is not issued herein before and it is required, then office to issue citation as per Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980, on today or before end of 08th day of September 2023. Furthermore, office to issue Notice to Collector. Furthermore, petitioner to file the administration bond, if it is not filed hereinbefore. The Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that he will take every possible steps to affix and/or serve the citation, as per the Law.
