This matter is taken up on an Application made by the Registry that there is no cause title to the counter claim of Defendant No.1 as well as requisite Court fees have not been paid on the counter claim of Defendant No.1. In view thereof, the counter claim could not be numbered.

The learned Advocate for Defendant No.1 undertakes to pay the requisite Court fees on the counter claim of Defendant No.1 within a period of one week from the date of this order. 3.
Appropriate steps will also be taken with regard to the cause title of the counter claim of Defendant No.1 for which the counter claim shall be amended within a period of one week from
today.

Upon payment of the requisite Court fees and cause title of the counter claim of Defendant No.1 being effected by the Advocates for Defendant No.1, the Registry shall number the counter claim of Defendant No.1.
