Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 and learned Senior Counsel for the respondent No.3 are agreed to the following order being passed:

WP(L) 1758-15.doc (i) The petitioner shall vacate the subject structure on or before 05.07.2015 upon receiving a cheque of Rs.3,60,000/-(Rent @ Rs.15,000/- x 24 months) per month from the respondent No.3 towards compensation for temporary alternate accommodation. The petitioner and respondent No.3 shall also simultaneously execute the Agreement for permanent alternate accommodation which shall tentatively show the premises being offered to the petitioner as the permanent alternate accommodation.

(ii) Liberty to apply.
