The Interim Application seeks an amendment to the grant of Letters of Administration received on 17th December 2015. It seems that there was an additional property, and the share of the deceased in that property remained to be included. Consequently, the valuation would also have to change.

Having regard to these circumstances, the Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.

Additional Court Fee, if any, is to be paid within three weeks from today.
