This Chamber Summons is for taking on record proposed Defendant Nos.4, 5 and 6. It is the case of the Plaintiffs that the existing defendants have unlawfully entered into a development contract with these proposed defendants, so as to defeat the Plaintiffs' right. The Plaintiffs seek joinder of the proposed defendants on that basis. There is no reply filed to the chamber summons. The Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause- (a).
