Heard the counsel and also considered the affidavit in support and the additional affidavit being filed by the advocate Vrinda Daga affirmed on 30th January 2019. For reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support and additional affidavit, chamber order is allowed and accordingly disposed. Suit is restored to file.

All office objections to be removed and suit to be numbered within two weeks from today, failing which the suit will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court with no chance of ever getting extended. While removing office objections, the amendments already permitted to be also carried out.
