After this writ petition was placed before us and it was informed that the Ordinance referred to in prayer clause (a) of the petition is now an Act of the State Legislature, the petitioners' advocate seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the Act of the competent legislature. 2.

The writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty as prayed.
