The petitioner claims that they had submitted representation addressed to the Municipal Corporation praying for modification of development permission to convert industrial zone into commercial zone. According to the petitioner, the said representation has been kept pending without attending the same.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the representation, we direct the Corporation/Commissioner that in case the representation is received and has been kept pending, the same be dealt with on its own merits and strictly in accordance with law, at the earliest. If required, the parties may be heard by the concerned authority. The decision be
