DATE : JULY 16, 2018 P.C.:- At the outset, it has been stated by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent that against the order passed by the first respondent-Deputy Collector, the second respondent has filed appeals before the G.R.C. on June 26, 2018. The appeals are registered as 881 and 882 of 2018.

In the circumstances, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage. However, we observe that respondent

With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
