We have heard the learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner. Learned AGP has placed on record a communication. The said communication suggests that an amount of Rs.1,70,33,068/- has been deposited in the account of the Petitioner so also gratuity has been paid to the Petitioner.

In view of that, the grievance of the Petitioner stands served. The Writ Petition as such is disposed of.
