1. The plaintiff no.1 and plaintiff no.2 have filed the present suit for divorce under Section 32B of the Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act, 1936. The marriage solemnized between the plaintiff no.1 and plaintiff no.2 on 1st November 2015. The parties have annexed the consent terms dated 15th June 2023 at Exhibit "B" for dissolution of marriage.

2. The parties are present in Court today and have tendered their affidavits of evidence. Affidavit of evidence of plaintiff no.1 is dated 16th June 2023 and affidavit of evidence of Digitally signed by SANDHYA BHAGU WADHWA Date:

plaintiff no.2 is dated 15th June 2023. The parties have been identified and their signatures have been verified by this Court. Undertakings contained in the consent terms are accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs has handed over the Demand Draft as more particularly mentioned in paragraph 2(c) of the consent terms.

4. Accordingly, there will be a decree in terms of prayer clause (a).

5. Drawing up of decree shall be expedited.

6. Suit is accordingly disposed of.
