The Applicant is a widow of ex-employee of M/s. Modistone Ltd. ( in Liquidation). The present Application is taken out by the Applicant seeking condonation of delay in filing the Affidavit of proof of debt before the Official Liquidator. The delay is condoned as prayed and the Official Liquidator is directed to adjudicate the claim of the Applicant within a period of six months from the date of this order.
