1] Grievance of the petitioner is that since no Chairman of the DRAT has been appointed to decide cases which are filed in Bombay they had to approach the DRAT at Allahabad. He submitted that the petitioner has no other option but to approach this Court and are seeking stay to the execution of the award passed by the DRT. 2] We are informed in one another matter that the Chairman of the DRAT is likely to take charge in the first week of August as of now litigants have to approach the Chairman of the DRAT, Allahabad, for the purposes of obtaining interim orders.
3] Taking into consideration this situation, we grant four weeks time to the petitioner to approach DRAT, Allahabad. No further extension
skc 39-WPL-1782-16.doc shall be granted. In the meantime the order passed by the DRT is stay for a period of four weeks. We would like to clarify that this order is not passed on merits. We have not made any observations in respect of contentions of the petitioner or the respondents. All contentions are kept open.
4] The petition is accordingly disposed of.
