This Motion has been taken out for condonation of 135 days delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order dated 5th July 2017 passed by the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal.

We have perused the Affidavit of Shri. Vinod Dhotre, Assistant Commissioner, Division - VII, CGST & CX dated 18th June 2018 in support of the Motion and are satisfied with the reasons indicated therein for the delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order.
