Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and by consent, the following order is passed :

(i) The Plaintiff through his Advocate, tenders an unconditional apology to this Court and to the Respondent for submitting the same medical bill, for reimbursement, on two occasions, and also for his behaviour with the HRD officials during one of the meetings. He also undertakes that in future such mistake and / or behaviour shall not be repeated. The undertaking is accepted. (ii)The Plaintiff agrees that in future if any bill is submitted by him for reimbursement on more than one occasions, the facility of reimbursement of medical ssp 1/2

sl 698 of 2016 (920).sxw bills / invoices which is extended to him by the Defendant shall be immediately withdrawn and such decision by the Defendant shall be binding on the Plaintiff. (iii) The Defendant shall reinstate the medical reimbursement facility to the Plaintiff from 1st December, 2016 and shall not reimburse any amount incurred by the Plaintiff till 30th November 2016.

In view of this order, the learned Advocate for the Plaintiff seeks to withdraw the above Suit. The Suit is therefore, disposed of as withdrawn. Refund of Court Fees, if any, as per rules. Notice of Motion (L) No.1949 of 2016 also stands disposed of.
